We appreciate your feedback and assure you that will take it into consideration, in order to ameliorate even more our services in the future. However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points. As you did not mention your room number or the surname, we can only assume that you stayed in a Classic room, which means that it is not renovated. We state this fact among all the other room’s characteristics in our rooms’ description and inform our guests about them through our website, our descriptions and our cooperating tour-operators, in order to avoid misunderstandings. We hope you have contacted our Guest Service desk in order to inform our agents about your dissatisfaction with the room, so we could have offered you another option available. Moreover, we would like to inform you that following our guests’ feedback, all our Classic Rooms will be renovated next year, and will offer the same amenities and facilities as our Deluxe Rooms. As regards, your comment about the bathtub, please be kindly informed that our guests may state their wishes and requests regarding the room and their stay during the reservation process. Thus, we would like to inform you that in case we will once again have the chance to accommodate you in the future, please mention your wish for a shower instead of bathtub. Further, please be kindly informed that Creta Maris has been included in the "Greek Breakfast" program, thus making it possible for the guests to experience the plentiful gastronomic wealth of Crete and to taste the Cretan breakfast, the unique Cretan products and delicacies that are an important part of the Mediterranean diet. We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours. Concerning your comment about the cats, please allow us to clarify that we inform our guest not to feed the cats, while trying to have all stray cats in one area, around the cat house located at the main entrance, in order to take care of them and do not disturb the guests.
