Die Zimmerausstattung ist nicht ganz modern aber dennoch angenehm.
Sehr gutes Essen, vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant am Abend war leider etwas unruhig, auf Grund des Ramadan kamen viele Einheimische mit ihren Familien zum Essen. Es herrschte ein entsprechender Lärmpegel (Bahnhofsatmosphäre) und die Tische waren sehr eng zusammengestellt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Alex aus der Crystal-Bar. Der junge Mann ist ein Beispiel für jeden Servicemitarbeiter. Stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer einen netten Spruch bereit.
Fragen, Wünsche etc. wurden umgehend bearbeitet und erledigt.
Sehr gut für einen Städtetrip, außerdem bietet der hoteleigene Shuttleservice kostenfreie Fahrten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Abu Dhabis.
