Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, extrem reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Abendessen, alles immer inkl. Wasser, saubere Zimmer, moderne und schnelle Aufzüge, kleiner aber gut gekühlter Pool, super Handtuchservice, im Bad war alles vorhanden, man hätte theoretisch nichts mitnehmen müssen (Fön, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Kosmetik Kit, und auf Nachfrage Rasierer und Zahnbürste. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die nicht vorhandene "Aufklärung", wo was ist (Baar, Lounge, Lobby), was inklusive ist und was nicht)
