Große und sehr saubere Suite in 50. Stock nach Upgrade als HH Diamond. Nach jedem Verlassen des Zimmers gab es einen Service ohne das man je eine Servicekraft im Zimmer oder auf dem Flur gesehen hat.

Sehr gute Auswahl und Qualität in 11 Restaurants. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Jose bei Pizarro. Zudem sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit extra Bereich und A la Carte Optionen für HH Diamond. Vollwertiges Abendessen während der Happy Hour für HH Diamond. Nicht so gut gefallen hat und die Bar im 52. Stock (keine bessere Aussicht und starker Rauchgeruch in der gesamten Bar).
