Let us please explain the reasons why the tv service has an additional cost and is not considered free of charge. The Rommy tv is an extra service that the client himself can order from reception. This wonderful service consists of 75 international channels that our clients could enjoy in serveral languages, being an extra service and not being included in the room rate it obviously has an extra supplement, with this service the client would be able to enjoy four open channels that the hotel provides complementary. We are truly sorry that the beverages offered in the “all included” package were not of your total taste. We do offer and array of cocktails, coffees, soft drinks, beers, wines and liquors. We would like to reccommend you the Taboro Bar for your next stay with us, we make different cocktails and we also offer happy hour deals in most of our beverages. We would like to also stand out the amazing variety offered in our buffet with 12 table menus that our chefs prepare with great care, should you have told us your speacial requests we would have been more than happy to offer you anything according to your needs and liking.
