The responses our guests provide us with are an invaluable source of information and allow us to improve our standards and service. However we are disappointed to see the 4,9 raking considering your positive comments on all the extra touches we do for our guests, the service level, the accommodation and facilities of the highest quality, great food, friendly and helpful staff and many other aspects you were satisfied with and happy about. To be honest we do advertise our location which is 10 minutes walk away from Afitos on our website and other internet pages, where you can also find clear images of the resort and surroundings. Therefore all the guests traveling to Blue Bay are aware of the hotel setting. We aim to deliver the best experience and from your review we can see you have enjoyed it. We are a resort that offers relaxing moments but also snorkelling lessons and equipment, massages and many excursions such as in Mount Athos, Thessaloniki, Meteora etc. Most of guests find our location like a paradise, especially after a long and tiring winter. Our intention is certainly to exceed the expectations of our guests and be quite unique in this experience. We really do hope to see you again and we wish you a nice summer back home.
