Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht. Das Zimmer war nicht gründlich gereinigt.Die Glaswände und -türen wiesen Fingerabdrücke und ähnliches auf. Der Toilettensitz hatte seine Beschichtung verloren und zeigte etliche Risse. Bei Inbetriebnahme des Whirlpools stellte sich heraus, dass die Schläuche der Düsen nicht gereinigt waren. Es kam Schmutz heraus. Das Zimmer selbst gefiel gut. Moderne Ausstattung, geräumig. Schöne Pools, nette Anlage.
Die Speisen waren gut anzusehen, allerdings fehlte der Geschmack. Restaurant schön designt. Buffet umfangreich, jedoch zu eng gestaltet. Unangenehmes Gedränge.
Freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Vom Flughafen führen wir in ca. 15 zum Hotel. Schwierige Parkplatzsituation.

In relation to the incidents regarding the cleaning of your room, we would like to offer our sincere apologies as clearly we were not performing to our usual standards on this occasion; we also lament seeing the photographic evidence you have provided to support the information and would like to inform you that since receiving your review a meeting has been held with our entire house keeping department with your review being used as the example to guarantee nothing like this ever happens again at our hotel and we thank you for bringing them to our attention as we have taken them extremely seriously and have learned from them.
