Das Balansat Resort Hotel **** ist ein kleines aber feines, familienfreundliches Hotel, welchen kaum Wünsche offenlässt. Es ist nicht so überlaufen wie vergleichbare Hotels in dieser Größenordnung und bietet alles was man braucht. Von Aktivitäten (Spiel und Spaß) bis hin zu geführten Ausflügen zu den nahegelegenen Kulturstätten und POI (Points of Interrest). Für alle die mit der Familie Spaß, Erholung und erlebnisreiche Tage erleben wollen, ist etwas dabei! The Balansat Resort Hotel **** is a small but fine, family-friendly hotel, which leaves nothing to be desired. It is not as crowded as comparable hotels of this size and offers everything you need. From activities (fun and games) to guided excursions to nearby cultural sites and POIs (Points of Interrest). For all who want to experience fun, relaxation and eventful days with the family, there is something for everyone!

Die Zimmer sind sauber, liebevoll und ordentlich eingerichtet und haben den Komfort den man für ein 4* Hotel erwartet. Klar gibt es einige kleine Mängel aber darüber kann man sehr leicht hinwegsehen! Zur Einrichtung gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Spüle, Bad mit Dusche, Schlafbereich und Wohnbereich mit Flat TV. Vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man sich nicht 24h darin aufhalten möchte. The rooms are clean, lovingly and neatly furnished and have the comfort you would expect for a 4* hotel. Of course there are some small flaws but you can easily ignore it! The furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen with stove and sink, bathroom with shower, sleeping area and living area with flat screen TV. Perfect enough, if you do not want to spend 24h in it.

Im Hotel gibt es nur ein Buffetbereich. Dieser ist in 3 Sektionen aufgeteilt. Es gibt den Essbereich mit Tischen und Stühlen, den reinen Buffetbereich mit ausreichend verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten und eine Live Koch Ecke, wo täglich frisch und direkt vor den Gästen gekocht wird! Das Essen selbst war lecker aber das ist ja Geschmackssache! Sollte das Buffet gerade geschlossen sein, dann hat man die Möglichkeit and der Bar im Poolbereich einen Snack zu bekommen! The hotel has only a buffet area. This is divided into 3 sections. There is the dining area with tables and chairs, the pure buffet area with plenty of choice and a live cooking corner, where fresh food is cooked every day in front of the guests! The food itself was delicious, but that's a matter of taste! If the buffet area is closed, then you have the opportunity to get a snack at the bar in the pool area!

Zum Service ist nur zu sagen, dass alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt wurden! The only I can say to the service is that all our requests were fulfilled!

Das Balansat Resort Hotel **** liegt in einer kleinen Bucht von San Miguel. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauert ca. 30-35 min. Vom Hotel sind es nicht einmal 100m bis zum Strand. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen im nahegelegenen Supermarkt (ca. 20m enfernt) und Restaurants außerhalb der Hotelanlage sind natürlich vorhanden. The Balansat Resort Hotel **** is located in a small bay of San Miguel. The drive from the airport to the hotel takes about 30-35 minutes. The hotel is not even 100 meters from the beach. Shopping in the nearby supermarket (about 20m away) and restaurants outside the hotel area are of course available.

Das Hotel verfügt über 3 Poolbereiche. Einen Kinderpool, welcher nur mit besonderem Zugang betreten werden konnte, einen Erwachsenen Pool, wo auch das Animationsprogramm lief und einen Pool der etwas ruhiger im vorderen Bereich der Hotelanlagen lag. Das Freizeitangebot und das täglich wechselnde Animationsprogramm war einfach nur der Hammer! Ich habe noch nie so ein tolles abwechslungsreiches Programm gehabt wie hier im Hotel Balansat Resort 4*. Das Animationsteam ist zwar klein aber dennoch haben Sie es irgendwie geschafft für alle etwas anzubieten. Jeden Morgen wurde man persönlich von allen Animateuren begrüßt und man hatte den ganzen Tag über nie Langeweile. Am Abend wurde für die Kleinen eine Mini-Disko veranstaltet und im Anschluss für die Erwachsenen ein Programm gezeigt! Einen besonderen Dank an das Animationsteam (Miguel, Francesca, Isabell und Federico). Sie haben es geschafft, sich jedem einzelnen Gast anzupassen und auf ihn einzugehen, eine schon fast familiäre Bindung aufzubauen und auch mal für ein Gespräch Zeit zu haben. DANKE!!! The leisure facilities and the daily changing entertainment program was just amazing! I have never seen such a great varied program as here at the Hotel Balansat Resort 4 *. The animation team is small but they have somehow managed to offer something for everyone. Every morning you were personally greeted by all the entertainers and you were never bored the whole day. In the evening a mini-disco was organized for the little ones and afterwards a program was shown for the adults! Special thanks to the entertainment team (Miguel, Francesca, Isabell and Federico). They have managed to adapt to each individual guest and to respond to him, to build an almost familial bond and have time for a conversation. THANK YOU!!!
