Achtung die Insel und die Strände und vor allem das Meer hervorragend !! ABER die Anlage : Unsauber, Mitarbeiter überfordert, Reinigung der Zimmer 2 Mal in 10 Tagen wegen Corona ? , die Matratzen durch jede Feder spürt man, Duschen ungepflegt, Frühstück mal keine Brötchen dann keine Eier, dann kein Cafe oder keine Teller und wenn man nach etwas fragt gucken die einen an als sei man vom Mars. Mineralwasser und Wasser schmecken nach naja unbeschreiblich ungenießbar, Tische dreckig und überforderte Mitarbeiter die sich gegenseitig anschnauzen. Mittag und Abend Essen immer das selbe ungenießbare Essen mit den gleichen Problemen wie Morgens und Mittags. In Griechenland gewesen und nicht ein Tag von 10 Tagen einmal vernünftig Fisch gehabt. Immer nur Pangasius TK Fisch ? Hallo wir sind mitten im Mittelmeer ?!?!? Was läuft den bei euch schief ? Bars Katastrophe die Becher wenn keiner guckt eben mal unter Wasser gehalten umgedreht und weiter deswegen schmeckt ein Wasser was schon selber ungenießbar war auch nach allem möglichen und das zu Corona Zeiten. Animation die schlechteste von all den Anlagen die wir in den letzten Jahren besucht haben. Insgesamt ist diese Anlage eine Schande für diese wunderschöne Insel mit den Traumhaften Stränden. TUI KIDS Club welches sich in der Anlage befindet sehr bemüht und Deutsch. Strand und Meer SUPER auch wenn man über eine kleine Strasse muss. KOS wohlmöglich ja aber diese Anlage NIIIEEEEEE wieder egal wo eine Frechheit. Unser Geld wächst nicht auf Bäumen. Tepe

    Dear Tepe , It was disheartening to read that we could not fully meet your expectations and would like to apologize for any dissatisfaction felt during your stay with us. We are always concerned to read that a guest of ours has experienced certain issues that caused some level of unhappiness. Although I understand your frustration and disappointment, I was saddened by your rating since none of the issues were brought to my attention during your stay. I i would like to stress, that should issues get reported whilst in the resort, then we have the chance to correct them and improve your holiday experience. We make a great effort in following up and resolving issues on the spot and felt saddened that this was not brought to our attention during your stay. We would like to offer some explanations regarding some of your comments: Regarding the matresses the hotel can provide an extra top for a better comfort in your bed . As for the service concerned and the employees salaries i would like to point out that no employee gets 600 € and all salaries are based on the employee contract and agreement based on the Greek labour Law . where this info come from? Regarding the overcrown of the restaurant you are mentioned i would like to point out that as a hotel representative we have asked our clients for their cooperation in order to ensure a relaxing breakfast and dinner experience for everybody by the following annoiuncement - The main restaurant “Laurel” in Atlantica Mikri Poli is open for breakfast from 07.00 – 10.30h and for dinner from 18.30-21.15h. There is a plenty of time for everyone to eat. - The busiest time for breakfast is from 09.00-09.45h and for dinner from 19.30-20.30h. If you are able to, please come before or after these periods. But when all clients want to have the breakfast at the same time it happems some times few items to be missing in the peak periods but staff is replacing quickly .Even this happens and to times before corona . Concerning the plastic glasses at the pool bar mentioned it is absolutely neccesary to clarify that all glasses rinsed through washing machines with temperatures overr70 c and regarding the water we can assure you that the quality of our water is tested very often through labarotary and the quality is undeniable . Additionally here at the hotel our water is having and an extra treatments so we do use reverse osmosis for better quality results . Regarding the food unfortunately seems that were not of your taste , not even the sandwich house ,the pizza place , the greek taverna which serve fish and the different weekly night theme nights such as the greek buffet , the Mexicaine , the Asian , the Mediteranian etc it is very important clients to understand that these years with corona and the pasts are not the same and threfore are not for comparison While we realise this may sound like an easy excuse, the pandemic brought a new reality upon us which majorly affected our procedures and services. and not even in the hospitality industry but all the aspects of socila life over all the world . We worked hard in ensuring high standard of H&S for every holidaymaker and staff member during the pandemic, and having accommodated almost thousants of guests in less than a 3-month season, we feel we managed to do this. Yes indeed Kos is a very beatiful islant and the resort is beatiful too .All our staff including the Tui staff are hard working and multinational which we are very pround of them . We really hope you will choose to visit us again in the future, so we are able to improve your perception of our hotel and offer you the same kind of traditional Greek hospitality that our valued Guests have received all these years.
