Reception & Service: The reception staff seemed rushed and did not provide full information, for example about the main beach. There is no hotel mobile application with essential details, nor was a paper map offered. The luggage room is very small and uncomfortable, with a charge of €2 per item. Additionally, there is no designated space to change clothes if you arrive before check-in, which should be better organized by the hotel management. • Meals & Restaurants: The main buffet is very basic and surprisingly lacks seafood options. On an island like Kos, it is disappointing to be served mainly frozen fish, which was not enjoyable. • Dante’s Restaurant: Quite good overall, but could offer a wider variety and fresher seafood. • Parea Restaurant: Very poor experience—food quality was low and dishes seemed cooked unprofessionally. • General Dining: The hotel has three restaurants, but the variety and quality of meals need clear improvement. • Bars & Drinks: Only selected drinks are included in the all-inclusive menu. The main bar is quite good and provides a decent experience. We stayed in the Residence Area. It is quite far from the main beach and the restaurant. You can get there by golf cart, but there are almost always only two available, and they are usually busy. Sometimes you have to wait about 15 minutes, even though you could reach the place on foot in that time. Another issue is that the service only starts operating after 7 a.m. We had to check out earlier, so we had to carry our own luggage, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, the elevator was not working in the early morning, which made the situation even worse. • Overall Impression: While the resort has potential, key aspects such as reception service, food quality (especially seafood), and guest facilities need serious improvement. Based on my stay, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

Das Zimmer und Bett war gut. Die Bettwäsche war innerhalb 7 Übernachtung einmal gewechselt. Nachteil: Dusche war im 1. Tag gestoppt.
