Schön angelegtes Spa Hotel, mit schönen Pools. Man fühlte sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Der Sparbereich mit Personal ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Zimmer war ok, sauber aber nicht ganz rein, hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bad war relativ klein. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Essen war gut, viel Auswahl. Alles in Buffet Form, da ist es nicht immer einfach die Speisen auf den Punkt zu garen.
Das Personal, war super. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Gab es ein Problem versuchten sie alles um es aus der Welt zu schaffen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Hotel ist ca. 15 km von Heraklion entfernt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Ein Mietauto ist zu empfehlen.
