Aus DeutschlandWir hatten 4 Tage gebucht und mussten wegen dem Irankrieg 7 Tage verlängern. Wir waren ängstlich aufgrund der Situation, aber das Hotel hat sich unglaublich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert. Die Kosten der Verlängerung inkl. VP wurden von der VAE Regierung übernommen und die Mitarbeiter kümmerten sich rührend um uns. Bei Raketenalarm wurden wir ruhig und organisiert in einen Schutzraum geleitet. Vorbildlich. Keine Hektik, keine Panik. Gratulation an das Team des Hotel Conrad wie sie die Krisensituation gemeistert haben. Viele warmherzige Gesten zwischendurch. Von der Krisensituation abgesehen war alles andere Top: Pool, Strand, Essen, Gym, kostenlose Tiefgarage, Bett, Zimmer, alles!
