Frequent and daily disinfection of the facilities and vulnerable surfaces will be carried out with virucidal products. A disinfection of the facilities and rooms has been carried out by a certified company. Room cleaning processes have been adapted to minimize risks.
For your safety; protection screens, hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers and disinfecting rugs have been installed in the main areas of the hotel. Our employees will always use personal protection equipment. Customers will be informed of the obligation to wear a face mask inside interior common areas and closed spaces as a way of protection. Measures have been taken in order to be able to maintain the safety distance of 1.5 to 2 m at all times. The capacity will be controlled and limited in order to maintain the safety distance.
Bars and restaurants have been adapted to the new situation in order to ensure that the clients maintain the security distance. The menus have also been adapted to the new situation in order to minimize manipulation during the preparation and the service. Suppliers have worked closely with the hotels in order to design and implement a safe delivery process, which will adapted to the new normality.
Employees have been trained with specific courses about COVID-19 and its risks. Specific signs about COVID-19 have been created in order to inform clients and employees about current regulations.
The implementation of Online Check-in will reduce the waiting time at the Hotel reception. Hotel information is being digitized to reduce the manipulation of menus, books, infos, etc ... and to offer a safe environment for our clients.
