Hello Michaela The bungalows are either on the ground floor or at the 1st floor. One bungalow can host 2 adults + 2 children . We try our best to allocate the families next to each other, but this a matter of Hotel's availability . We try but we cannot promise. Thank you

Dear Corinna hello Thank you for your choice and preference. The whole room is 21m2. In the room there is space under the open closet to put your suitcases. Looking forward welcoming you , have a nice and safe trip!

At the beach there are no WC. Though near the hotel's entrance, at beach site , there is a WC. Thank you

Dear Silvia If you book a treatment in the spa ( extra cost) , then the use of sauna is free after or before the treatment. If you wish to use only the sauna ,then is payable. Thank you

Die bekommt man kostenlos im Spa Bereich. Bei Check in erhält man eine handtuchkarte die man dann gegen ein Handtuch tauschen kann.
