The worst service ever
Today we try to catch the only bus form Knutsford Express Port Antonio to Montego Bay - departure time 6:30 a.m. Thank you for the worst service ever. We tried to call the office (45 min before departure) many times to say that we just come 2 min. later because our car didn't work to reach the bus station in Port Antonio in time. We called 3 different numbers after a good while we got somebody from the head office, after explaining the situation they hang up the phone. 3 different numbers we try to call. Also the Port Antonio office. 1 minute away from the bus station we saw the bus and tried to stop it, the driver saw us but she refused to stop. Then we went to the office in Port Antonio where an arrogant and condescending employee was not helpful at all, so we ask to talk with a supervisor; he call someone it was not the supervisor, he called the police. Yes you're reading right he called the police!!! What kind of service is it to call the cops instead of a supervisor, we just wanted to speak to a supervisor. Of course the two police officers did not do anything - there was no reason - even no reason to call them. We run a Guest House in Port Antonio, every week we bring costumers to Knutsford Express - and this is how you say thank you!?!?! One of the worst service experiences I ever had. REALLY BAD BUSINESS

Die Preise für organisierte Ausflüge mit dem Bus oder Taxi sind auch in Jamaika deutlich angezogen. Eine Alternative sich im Land um zu sehen bieten die Knutsford Express Städteverbindungen - eine Art Greyhoundbus von Jamaika. Damit kommt man komfortabel für kleines Geld in alle Städte von Jamaika.
