Typisches Strandhotel mit durchschnittlichen Standard. Wie mittlerweile in der Dom. Rep üblich, wird für jede Kleinigkeit extra abkassiert.
Hatten Junior Suite direkt am Strand gebucht und die Aussicht war traumhaft. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Klima, Fernseher, Safe waren vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und Duschgel,Shampoo und Bodylotion wurden täglich aufgefüllt.
Alle Mahlzeiten wurden in Buffetform angeboten.Die Auswahl war ausreichend aber nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Zudem gibt es noch 5 Spezialitäten Restaurants die diesen Namen eigentlich nicht verdienen. Das Beste war noch das Gourmet, vom Essen und vom Ambiente her sehr gut.
Die Rezeption war eher auf schnelle Abfertigung eingestellt,als auf Kunden Zufriedenheit. Der Service in den Restaurants und Bars war freundlich und bemüht. Das Housekeeping war sehr gründlich.

Die Poolanlagen waren schön angelegt und gepflegt. Das Gym konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es auf Kühlschrank- Temperatur herunter gekühlt wurde.

At breakfast, lunch and dinner time we offer to our guests a wide variety and fresh selection of vegetables, legumes, fruits, juices, fish, seafood, meat, pastries and more. It's important to mention that there are 4 theme nights weekly at the buffet (50% of the total gastronomy selection are typical and traditional plaits): *Dominican (Monday) * Spanish (Thursday) *Gala (Friday) *Italian (Sunday).
