Lage: Am Strand mit gefühlt 100 anderen Hotels, so dass kein karibisches Urlaubsgefühl aufkommt, sondern eher eine Mallorca-Pauschaltourismus-Atmosphäre herrscht, viele Tiere leben in und um das Hotel, so dass Ausschlafen aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht möglich ist (Pfauen, Ziegen, Hähne); Hotelpersonal: größtenteils unfreundlich und spricht nur selten Englisch, Spanisch ist für volles Verständnis von Anliegen notwendig; Zustand der Zimmer: durchwachsen, Zimmer musste aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nach einer Nacht gewechselt werden, im neuen Zimmer wurden wir unangekündigt von Handwerkern besucht; Essen: durchschnittlich, würde von Fleisch abraten, da es immer (!) einer Schuhsohle glich, restliches Essen war gut, Themenrestaurants stellen keinen signifikanten Unterschied zum Buffetangebot dar; Getränke: Angebot ist gut, dabei bleiben keine Wünsche offen; Freizeitangebot und Spa: gut (Volleyball, Tennis), es lohnt sich aber zu handeln, da die Preise im Hotel allgemein recht überteuert sind

It is important to mention that our rooms are subject to daily revisions from our maintenance and housekeeping departments; however, there might be situations that can arise during our guests stay. We deeply regret your room was supposedly affected by some maintenance or housekeeping issues and as a result you may have obtained a negative impression of our services. In reference to the service, we are surprised and worried to hear that you are not satisfied. In fact, our warm and attentive service use to be very often highlighted and definitely it make the difference in Vista Sol Punta Cana. We regret that your stay was not very pleasant due to the inconveniences with our staff, we sincerely apologize. We truly regret to know that you perceived deficiencies in our customer service employees’ skills to communicate in English. Even though it is challenging to find team members with different language skills our goal is to constantly provide development skill within the property so that our team is constantly learning. Please note that Dominican Republic is not an English speaking country. Also, when we travel abroad, it is always advisable to have an open and positive mindset. We deeply regret that our gastronomic offer did not meet your expectations. Our hotel offers a wide variety both in our bars (7), buffet (1) and the specialty restaurants (4) with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us. As a company focused on service, we are aware that it is thanks to the valuable comments from our customers that we can continue working for the optimization and improvement of our services. At breakfast, lunch and dinner time we offer to our guests a wide variety and fresh selection of vegetables, legumes, fruits, juices, fish, seafood, meat, pastries and more. It's important to mention that there are 4 theme nights weekly at the buffet (50% of the total gastronomy selection are typical and traditional plaits): *Dominican (Monday) * Spanish (Thursday) *Gala (Friday) *Italian (Sunday).
