Das Hotel war nicht unsere Erwartung. Zimmer schlecht gereinigt. Badezimmer Katastrophe. An der Rezeption verstehen sie nur Englisch war sehr mühsam sich mit ihnen zu verständigen.

Regarding our public relation manager, we would kindly like to inform you that she is always available during service time and constantly monitors and evaluates any kind of situation at all the areas of the resort. You could have gone to the front desk and just asked for her. If she was aware of any kind of your issues she would have helped you.
