Das Hotel ist sehr neu und gepflegt, befindet sich allerdings weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum und in direkter Nachbarschaft zu einer einfachen Hochhauswohnsiedlung, Baustellen und kahler Wüste. Auf den häufig spektakulären Ausblick aus den Hotels im Stadtzentrum (z.B. an der Sheik Zhayed Road oder Jumeirah Beach) muss man verzichten und gleichzeitig längere Fahrten mit Taxi oder eigenem Auto in Kauf nehmen.
