Wir waren vor 4 Jahren dort. Das Innenriff war Klasse. Leider nicht mehr so. Mit unserem Zimmer gab es am Anfang Probleme. Die nur bedingt gelöst wurden. Wo ich noch vorher eine Email geschrieben habe. Es hat keinen interessiert. Das hotel ist abends ungemütlich und laut. Kinderanimation um 20.30 uhr . Die Animation so laut, welche auch erst um 21.30 uhr begann,das man um 22.00 Uhr nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen konnte. Das Essen schlecht. Meistens kalt und die Getränke warm. Fast immer das Gleiche. Trinkgeld dagegen sehr gewünscht. Personal war aber immer sehr freundlich. Mit Licht wurde überall gespart. Abends an der Bar war es stockfinster. Wir haben das Hotel abgewählt. Nie wieder.
Ein Doppelbett. War ok.
Essen war kalt und Getränke warm.
Schwierig.

Secondly about room reservation our front office care about room reservation reading , trying to satisfy every room request but as hotel availability but the front office by making the room reservation care also about hotel voucher and every guest get what has booked . About animation program normally we start with dinner at 18:30 to 21:00 in the main restaurant animation start their program with kinder disco normally guests with children finish eating at 20:00 moving to the show takes 5 or 10 minutes so the animation start at 20:30 ,animation shows till 22:30 , we will reduce the volume in order to satisfy all guests. About food temperature and drinks we have to apologize if once you have found cold food or hot drinks we will care about food heat and cold drinks . Finally we have to apologize if you did not enjoy your vacation as you have planned and we will do our best to solve the negative points you have mentioned , we are looking forward to welcoming you in Utopia beach club in your next vacation.
