What a wonderful 4-star experience. Most if not all the Turkish staff speak basic to intermediate English/German or both and are the friendliest bunch I've had the pleasure of spending seven days with. Extremely hard working, the staff is always smiling! Polite, courteous, kind, helpful and friendly, we were left wanting for absolutely nothing. The food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. We even had a flutist bring in the morning as we sipped warm cappuccino and ate freshly made crepes w/strawberries and nutella. The demographic consists predominantly of young families with well-behaved children, ranging in age between 2 and 15, most of which were kept busy by an energetic (and honestly, gorgeous) entertainment team, who also starred in the fun and lively nightly dance shows. An unexpected surprise was the addition of a wellness component to our vacation experience. Highly recommended is the Club's in-house Spa and Wellness Center, the MAZ. From a toqueing Thai massage to a deeply relaxing hot stone massage we left with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation of our own rejuvenated bodies. We walk straighter, shoulders finally relaxed and skin aglow! Which reminds me - plan ahead (i.e., call ahead) and reserve your Haman for both the first day you arrive and the last day before you leave. Immediately following take advantage of the cool pool and relearn what it feels like to get your senses truly back. Worth every Euro!
