Wir waren sehr zufrieden, denn Mr. Ibrahim war immer bemüht alles zu unserer zufriedenheit zu organisieren. Ich kann nur sagen das Personal war stets bemüht. Natürlich waren ein paar unschöne organisatorische Sachen passiert aber ein Wort zu Mr. Ibrahim und es wurde sofort abgestellt. Mr. Nadel Front Office war unserer Meinung nach eher unaktiv in jeglicher Lage. Unser Urlaub war Dank Mr. Ibrahim perfekt und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.
