We are sorry if you found the toilets in the common areas insufficient: at the moment, the facility has three toilets in the restaurant/pool area, and we are evaluating possible solutions to increase functionality in case of high turnout. As far as catering is concerned, we strive daily to offer dishes inspired by the Mediterranean tradition, with variety in first and second courses and side dishes. However, we will take into account your feedback to make the offer even more diverse, especially at breakfast. Regarding the presence of dogs, we would like to clarify that they are not allowed either in the restaurant areas or in the swimming pool, as per internal regulations. However, it may occasionally happen that, at particularly busy times, some guests do not respect the rules or that the presence of an animal temporarily escapes the control of the staff. We apologize for this and reiterate that our staff is always ready to intervene where reported. However, we are pleased that you have recognized the commitment of the staff, who work hard every day with dedication to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
