Dear Guest, We thank you for taking time to review our hotel. We are very surprised to read your comment about the room. Our housekeeping staff cleans every day all the rooms with care and as you can read in all the other reviews, cleaning is one of our best services. About breakfast: our buffet is always rich and prepared with a lot of different fresh products both local and international. Different kind of bread are always available; they are positioned on buffet point, near the exit to the terrace. Please note that the amount of chlorine in the pool is checked every day by our lifeguards and meets the standard required by specific rules. We always suggest our guests to inform us directly in hotel, about what is going wrong during their stays, in order to find together the best solution immediately, avoiding unpleasant inconveniences. We also remind you that our Reception staff is at your disposal to give you all the information about the nearby and the best way to reach the different attractions all around the hotel.
