Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Es gab keine Handtücher, extrem unfreundliche Rezeption, Fernsehen muß extra bezahlt werden, Klimaanlage muß extra bezahlt werden, kein Tisch oder andere Abstellmöglichkeit in den Zimmern, auf Kritik wurde null eingegangen

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear that our instalations and servicies were not on your taste. Allow me to inform you that I personally check complains (and i haven´t seen any of this kind), ...in order to check and solve an eventual problem.We put at your disposition a 24 hours/day reception which in case doesn´t respond properly i am there myself every day to solve these possible situations. I am afraid you haven´t been very well informed about some details like: We do put at our clients´s disposition towels but the towels must be used exclusively at our pool ! (it is part of our policy and i think it is resonable, understandable and must be respected) . The TV , the WIFI connection and the Air-Conditioned are totally free!...we do charge deposit for the remote controlls though...which is entirely payed back when brought. I wish you would´ve looked for somebody that could help you in case that the receptionist couldn´t , even that as you know there are three receptionists not one. As well if you allow me, with my deepest respect ...i would recommend you to pay more atention to the conditions and details before you book, this way addapt it better to your expectations you avoid an unpleasant situation...which probably in this case, in my modest opinion would´ve been a **** Hotel...not just a small Hostel with high standards like us. We are sorry again for any inconvenience or confusion and i promise you I will check personally so that these kind of situations will never happen in our Hostel. RRPP Manager Octavio Frincu
