Thank you for your feedback Engin. It is true that water bottles are not refillable, we only place them at time of arrival and then we have complimentary water station in the lobby. Ocean Drive is indeed a hectic and happening place, so there is always action. We are sorry that even though we tried our best to make your and your wife's stay memorable by providing special amenity, your stay was far from perfect. Happy New Year.
