Kleine Anlage. Veränderungen durch Managmentwechsel waren nicht unbedingt für die Urlauber erfreulich. Offener Raucherbereich in der Lobby ist nicht zu akzeptieren. Großer Vorteil des Horels war der Steg, der trotz teilweise starkem Wind nie gesperrt war.
Managmentwechsel im Februar. Wer (wie bis im vergangenem Jahr) im Restaurant am Strand seine Mahlzeiten einnehmen wollte, konnte dies gegen Zuzahlung von 2 Euro (Frühstück, erst ab 8 Uhr), 3 Euro Mittagessen bzw. 4 Euro Abendessen pro Person/Tag tun. Die AI-Leistungen wurden von 11 Uhr bis 22 Uhr eingeschränkt. Snacks am Strand gab es nicht.
Trotz Buchung der Reise im August 2018 mit Flug von Tegel nach Marsa Alam wurde nach mehrfacher Flugplanänderung erst 3 Tage vor Abflug nach intensiver Nachfrage und mangelhafter Kundenbetreuung als Zielflughafen Hurghada bekannt gegeben. Transferzeit 2,5 Stunden! Die angegebene Fluglinie BH AIR wurde durch die türkische ONUR Air kommentarlos ersetzt. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer mußte der Urlaub um 1 Tag durch den Veranstalter gegen Entschädigung gekürzt werden.

As per the regulations of the ministry of tourism and in order not to lose our category as four stars hotel, we must have two outdoor A La Carte restaurants to keep & to maintain as four stars hotel Unfortunately, we did not expect from our loyal repeating guests to attack us, but we were expecting support from them. In order to preserve the partnership we see in all of our valued clients, who are loyal to or even opposed to our policies we are looking seriously every day for the new ideas that satisfies our valued customers so that we are fully aware of their love for the place and their desire to be here always and all if that is possible. First, was the idea of giving each guest Credit voucher guaranteed him the right to the value of the equivalent of 50.00 Egyptian pounds discount for each person of the total value of the distinguished guest check in the Rohanou Terrace restaurant & guests are entitled to use it on a daily basis throughout their stay at the hotel? (It was also for the satisfaction of our customers and the idea that overshadowed all their thinking in terms of claiming that the management of the hotel deprives the inmates from sitting in their favorite place) Second, the hotel management team is considering another idea, which is to offer to the esteemed guests our Ultra-light all inclusive as internal privileges from Hotel Management: We are welcoming you at Rohanou Terrace over Looking the beach with the following Privileges: Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, A la carte or Buffet in Rohanou Terrace overlooking the beach with the following Supplement: Breakfast Supplement: 02 Euro. Per Person Per day .including Fresh Juice. Lunch Supplement: 03 Euro. Per Person per Day. Including Glass of wine. Dinner Supplement: 04 Euro per Person Per day. Including Glass of wine. This is also due to the constant care of the hotel management to satisfy all the guests who want to be in the terrace restaurant. Dear our valued customer, You have the right to express your opinion even if you object to the thought of what the management of the hotel saw and you are contrary to what you used to be. But sorry you do not have the right to deny all of their effort and make their performance in this humiliating form, which we now see. Allow us to confirm to all our loyal guests that the choice of the place of the restaurant (the place where the food is provided & served) is a genuine right of the hotel and not a forced place. It should be where the management of the hotel takes into all agreed standards. Also, according to the available facilities and at the same time look for how to achieve the desired profit.
