Für Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse am Meer entfielen Extra-Gebühren, was ich als eine absolute Einschränkung empfinde. Extrakosten auch, wenn man nur einen Cappuccino wollte. Sehr vorsichtig sollte man sein, wenn man ärztliche Hilfe benötigt. Das Hotel hat selbst keinen Hotelarzt und arbeitet deshalb mit dem privaten Krankenhaus Pyramids Hospital zusammen, die von Touristen astronomische Preise verlangen, aber von der Ausstattung desaströs sind (allein das Bad im Zimmer ist eklig). Auch im Bezug auf Sauberkeit gibt es Defizite. Glaubt man Gästen, die schon öfter hier waren, hat sich die Lage schleichend verschlechtert. Sehr gut dagegen arbeitet die Tauchbasis mit kompetenten Tauchlehrern, soweit ich dies beurteilen kann.

It has never happened that the guest determines the place where the food is to be served, except (room service) that an additional service is sent directly to the guest's room or (ALA CARTE restaurant) it is optional in return for an additional payment (with extra charge according to the menu). Allow me to confirm to your sovereignty that the choice of the place of the restaurant (the place where the food is provided & served) is a genuine right of the hotel and not a forced place. It should be where the management of the hotel takes into all agreed standards. Also, according to the available facilities and at the same time look for how to achieve the desired profit. The hotel itself does not have a hotel doctor and therefore cooperates with the private hospital Pyramids Hospital, which demand astronomical prices from tourists, We inform you that what we did was as an aid and we were not obliged or required to treat you but due to the poor state of health in which you were. We tried hard to satisfy the respectable guests and try to compensate them but, the guest does not find it sufficient. - During this period we had 45 rooms (93 pax) were staying at our resort and as far as our knowledge we haven’t received any comments or records if there were any repeated complaints concerning certain items. Our entire loyal Guest is welcome to Rohanou to enjoy all Hotel facilities.
