Aus DeutschlandEs war ein sehr großes Hotel, mit einer guten Strandlage. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr modern, jedoch gab es zu wenig Aufzüge für so viele Menschen. Die Liegen am Pool waren zum Teil alt und durchgelegen.

Massenabfertigung, sehr laut, zu viele Menschen. Auswahl ok, aber man erwartet bei einer Halbpension mindestens gratis Leitungswasser zum Essen!

Dear Loic, Having read your comments, we were really disappointed to read that there were certain aspects in our hotel that were not up to your expectations and indeed had an impact on your stay. With reference to your comments, we would like to add that our hotel has 3 elevators for rooms in the Main building and 2 elevators for the Executive VIP rooms, so together the hotel has 5 elevators. Of course there might be, as in all hotels all over the world, a small discomfort situation in rush hours. Being our aim to fulfill to the best of our ability all our guests needs and requests, negative feedback, however constructive it may be, is always sad to read. We regret even more that we did not have the chance to improve your impressions while you were still in our Hotel. It is our hope to welcome you back and regain your trust in our hotel.
