In den Zimmern im Haupthaus ist es unerträglich heiß. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren. Die Heizung läuft auf Volllast, auch dann wenn die Lüftung ausgeschaltet wurde. Die Temperatur beträgt Nachts bei geöffneter Balkontür 27 Grad. Es ist nicht möglich zu schlafen. Nach Reklamation bei der Reiseleitung und Rezeption, wurde versprochen die Heizung abzuschalten. Leider ohne Resultat. Andere Gäste hatten sich ebenfalls an der Rezeption beschwert.

All Inclusive nur an einer Bar verfügbar. Wein wird in Pappbechern serviert. Hauptrestaurant erinnert an eine Bahnhofshalle und ist total überfüllt.
