kleines Hotel zwischen Meer uns Straße, Strand sehr steinig, viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, zu viele arme kranke Vierbeiner und Fliegenplage, einfache Zimmer in Weiß , Reisen mit Freunden
einfach ,aber gut zum schlafen, Towels sehr verwaschen ,sehen manchmal gebraucht aus
Essen speziell Abends fad und undefinierbar, Fleisch weit gefehlt , geschmackloser Kartoffelbrei,verkochte Nudeln, Gewürze weit gefehlt, wozu dann die Frage ,ob Allergie und man scharf verträgt. ??.aber so nie wieder
guter Service ,man war stets bemüht
Hotel zw. Meer und Strand, nächste Stadt 3 km ,links und rechts nur ein Park, Bus 5-8 min.

While I note with relief that you have appreciated our service, I regret that you did not leave us fully satisfied. Concerning the insects, I would like to share with you that there is an ongoing treatment being done regularly at the resort by one of the best companies of the country. Unfortunately, being on a tropical island with high humidity, these insects tend to be tenacious. I understand that their presence might not have been pleasant. We are nevertheless strengthening our fight against these pests. I am sorry that our culinary offer was not as per your expectations. We do propose a variety of local and international food to our guests. We have the new restaurant, Kot Nou which serves Mauritian flavours, Taba-J, our local street food concept which is open for lunch and tea time. It is unfortunate that you did not share any of these feedback during the stay and that your comments received were rather positive.
