Zentral an einer Hauptstraße gelegen mit Zugang zum Riff das Hotel ist sehr alt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung und die Zimmer sind ohne Schrank gewöhnungsbedürftigt.
Toilette Ohr Worte, Zimmer groß , aber kein Schrank um Sachen abzulegen . Ameisen und kakalaken waren öfter zu Besuch
Ein Restaurant für alles obwohl zwei im Katalog stand. Frühstück mager und mittags von der Karte, abends Büfett das man nach drei Tagen auch nicht mehr sehen konnte. Extras müssen bezahlt werden

Es war ein Boot da mit dem man einmal am Tag zum Riff fahren konnte, aber das kann man auch selber hin schwimmen.

Dear Ina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay in February at our resort. I sincerely regret that you did not leave us fully satisfied. To begin with, I would like to share with you that since the last time you stayed with us, we have undergone various improvements at the resort, even in the rooms. I have nevertheless shared your comments with my whole team. I am sorry that our culinary offer was not per your expectations. I only regret that you did not share your comments while being in-house. Rest assured that our Chef would have been more than happy to prepare tailor-made dishes for you. Kindly note we do propose a variety of local and international food to our guests. We have now Taba-J, our local street food concept which is open for lunch and tea time and our new signature Mauritian restaurant, Kot Nou which is open for dinner on every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We have a process at the hotel of taking the feedback of our guests either by calling or meeting them. Yours received during your stay were rather positive. We furthermore encourage our guests to share their feedback during their stay, so that we can react immediately to turnaround their experience. I have taken good note for your comments regarding the insects and I would like to inform that we do have a weekly intervention for pest control, especially being on a tropical island. Your stay was unfortunately during the cyclonic period which further added to the proliferation of the insects. I however understand that their presence might not have been pleasant for which I extend my apologies.
