Das Hotel war Augenscheinlich schön. Habe mich da wie in Frankreich gefühlt und nicht Griechenland. Das fand ich sehr schade für das Geld könnte ich 2 mal nach Frankreich.Würde das Hotel unter diesen Umständen nie empfehlen oder selbst nochmal dahin fliegen.
Top Familenzimmer mit Dachterasse. Die Einzel Zimmer sind sehr klein Badezimmer sehr eng.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Essen war leider nicht so viel Auswahl wie man es von anderen Hotels kennt.
Nicht so wie wären wir aus Frankreich. Leider wurden nur die Franzosen sehr bevorzugt. Bei deren eintreffen im Hotel wurden die mit Blumenstäuse beschenkt. Leider auch am Rezeption waren die für Kritik nicht offen.
Sehr weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist kaum Zufluss machbar,weil die Straßen sehr steil sind. Der Stein Strand war sehr unangenehm. Super was das essen am strandbar.

Die Animation für die Kinder war sehr gut. Allgemein waren die abends schows auch gut. Leider wieder fast alles auf Französisch.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoy animation and evening entertainment and our staff and food at our beach bar and our Family room However, we are very regret that we don’t meet your expectations about our beach, location and for the feeling that you are in France and not in Greece. we are very disappointed regarding your comments that you want not come back. Initially our beach “Gallouni” is one of the most beautiful beaches in Rhodes , Awarded with the Blue Flag and we are very proud of it. However, we try to be transparent in the information we provide on our website so guests can choose exactly what they need and seek for their holidays. In case you cannot find the information you require you may contact our Guest Relation Officer (from the services page on our website) or by completing the form and we will be happy to give you all the information you may need for your holiday. Also there are many pictures so our guests can see how is our beach and not be disappointed upon their arrival. Secondly, it surprised us your comment about the lack of Greek element . Our buffet has every day up to 4 Greek specialties so we cannot understand your comments about more French food specialties. Our buffet is international so we can cover all tastes of our guests, not French in particular. Also we organize twice a week Greek nights with local traditional food in our restaurant, drinks like “ouzo” or souma” and live shows with traditional music so our guest get a taste of Greek tradition. It makes sense to prevail French language as the majority of our visitors are French , but that doesn't mean that the hotel care more the French guests. We are trying to create conditions for the harmonious coexistence of our different nationalities. Specifically for these reason there is an animation team exclusively for the international guest so all of our guests can enjoy the entertainment. Once again thank you for your comments we very much hope that despite the issues reported you were still able to enjoy your holiday and that you would choose to visit Rhodes again in the future.
