Wir waren 1 Woche hier und es hat uns alles im allen gut gefallen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen war sehr lang, fast 2 Stunden. Den Hotel eigenen Strand fangen wir persönlich für Kinder nichts. Man brauch schon Strandschuhe da es nur ein Steinstrand ist, bei der Hitze konnte man nicht ohne Schuhe dort laufen. Bei der Rutsche muss man auch sehr aufpassen da es dort sehr glatt ist, da müsste das Hotel etwas tun. Es würde schon eine Matte reichen. Die Bademeisterin kann man sich auch sparen da sie nicht richtig in meinen Augen platziert ist. Es wurde mehr Sinn machen sie bei den Rutschen zu platzieren, da dort manche Kinder wirklich keine Rücksicht nehmen. Und diese auch nicht wirklich geschaut hat. Service Personal super Essen war auch super Beim Frühstück würde ich die Kaffeekanne auf den Tisch stehen lassen. Animation würde ich auch etwas deutschsprachiger machen, es wird fast nur englisch gesprochen.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück und für jeden etwas dabei. Kaffe gießt der Kellner am Tisch ein. Dies fanden wir etwas unpraktisch, es wäre besser wenn die Kanne auf dem Tisch bleibt

Das Hotel ist auf einem Hügel gelegen. Mit einer super Aussicht. Vom Flughafen sind es leider fast 2 Stunden fahrt.

Regarding the lifeguard, we would like to note that he has been positioned in a location approved by our Health and Safety Advisor to be able to monitor the entire pool area, in addition to conducting additional "patrols" of the slide pool to ensure that all safety rules are being followed. As you mentioned, our hotel is located on a hill, about 0.8 km from the beach, but we firmly believe that the breathtaking views we offer fully compensate for this, and that our free shuttle bus to the beach does not make anyone feel that the beach is far away and out of reach. We have already taken note of your feedback regarding the coffee service in the restaurant and will reconsider the issue. As for the animation programs, the basic language for the shows is English, as we are a multinational hotel. Nevertheless, the animation team has German speaking members, as well as all other departments, from the reception to the bars.
