We do appreciate you taking the time to share both your good and not so good impressions from our property. We are glad to hear that we meet your expectations regarding the food and we would like to thank you for your kind words However we are sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. We tried to contact you many times as it is extremely important for us to help improve our services and facilities. We very much hope you shared your concerns with the team whilst you were staying with us in order that they could make this right for you. Regarding your comments about our rooms, we would like to inform you that our website has all the types of our rooms with all the descriptions and pictures for each category. We try to be transparent in the information we provide on our website so guests can choose exactly what they need from the wide range of services, facilities and room types we offer. In case you cannot find the information you require you may contact our Guest Relation Officer (from the services page on our website) or by completing the form and we will be happy to give you all the information you may need for your holiday. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative during your stay, and in doing so brought the many animation activities indoors. We wish we would of known of your problem,so we could make it right for you, maybe with a quieter room. We are surprised regarding your comments about incomplete alcoholic beverages, since we have so big variety included cocktails and juices with non-alcoholic. It would be more helpful to ask our staff to serve you with the best possible way. Our staff remain as always at your disposal for any assistance you may require. Concerning your review, we leave it up to the judgment of other fellow travelers who have experienced the hotel to present the trustworthiness of your claims. Finally, we treat all comments and feedback with great significance whether they are positive or negative. When we read or hear a constructive criticism we always investigate it as we make a systematic and continuous effort to maintain a high level of service.
