sehr große Anlage. Sehr modern. Der Pool hat nur eine durchgehende Tiefe von 1,50m was es für kleinere Menschen unmöglich gemacht hat z.B. bei der Wasser Animation mitzumachen. Enttäuschend. Es gibt ein Babypool aber keins für Kinder. Kinderclub war super und hat den Kids großen Spaß gemacht 👍 Toll ist der Hotel Shop. Sehr große Auswahl und super Preise. Souvenirs waren günstiger als in Lindos.
Sehr sauber. Leider hat es nicht immer frische Handtücher gegeben, was wohl der Reinigung zu verschulden war. Wir hatten seitlichen Meerblick. Leider roch es immer nach Müll sodass man sich nicht auf dem Balkon aufhalten konnte
sehr große Auswahl an Essen. Am ersten Tag waren wir erstmal überfordert. Leider litt durch die großen Mengen die Qualität darunter. Weniger ist mehr.

Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Leider hat die Fahrt vom und zum Flughafen knapp 2 Stunden gedauert.

Animation war stets bemüht. Aber so wirklich viel war da nicht geboten. Sind wir von anderen Hotels mehr gewohnt.

We feel delighted to read that you enjoyed our property, especially the room cleanliness. Moreover, we are glad that the mini club and the friendliness of our staff met and exceeded your expectations. We are disappointed to read that you were not satisfied with the culinary options offered in our F&B outlets and would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Although taste is a matter of personal preference, usually our guests are praising the variety and the quality of the food served at our F&B departments. Please rest assured that we have shared your comments with our Executive Chef and the entire management team. If only you had reported the housekeeping issues to our front desk staff, we would have the chance into reacting immediately in matter of housekeeping. Finally, we were honestly surprised to read your comments regarding our hard working animation team. We always receive positive feedback for our evening shows and a lot of our guests do praise our A-Team for their excellent performances. We are sorry that this was not the case for you.
