An sich ist die Anlage sehr schön, groß, übersichtlich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist sehr sauber. Der Service lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Für das Geld erwartet man einfach mehr.
Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet. Allerdings gibt es keinen Bademantel oder Bügeleisen wie angegeben. Auch auf Anfrage bekommt man keinen Bügeleisen, aus Sicherheitsgründen. An sich ok aber in der Beschreibung steht jedes Zimmer sei mit Bügeleisen ausgestattet. Die Minibar wird nur alle zwei Tage aufgefüllt. Auch das Mineralwasser. Finde es schade dass das Hotel selbst am Wasser spart. Aber zum Glück gibt es im Hotel eigenen Shop Mineralwasser zu kaufen. Was alle Hotelgäste tun. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man im Zimmer braucht.
Das Essen war hübsch angerichtet, es gab genügend Auswahl. Geschmeckt hat es leider nicht. Vermutlich weil auch da mit Chlorwasser gekocht wird.
An diesem Punkt scheitert dieses Hotel völlig. Was wirklich sehr schade ist. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Es gibt aber auch wirklich nette und freundliche Hotelangestellte. Zum Essen wird Chlorwasser serviert das ungenießbar ist. Gerade wenn man kleine Kinder dabei hat einfach unmöglich. Und das in einem fünf Sterne Haus. Die Cola oder das Bier muss man sich selbst holen. Habe ich so auch noch in keinem fünf Sterne Hotel erlebt. Auch am Strand ist Selbstbedienung angesagt. Das Putzpersonal ist mehrmals ins Zimmer gekommen obwohl das nicht stören Schild an der Türklinke hing. Wirklich störend wenn man gerade auf der Toilette sitzt. Am Service muss das Hotel dringend arbeiten.
Die Lage ist top. Man kann direkt im Hotel ein Auto mieten und viel unternehmen. Es gibt auf Rhodos viel zu sehen. Viele Strände, Buchten und schöne kleine Dörfchen. Lindos ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Über das Hotel selbst kann man viele Ausflüge buchen. Autovermietung im Hotel wirklich günstig, schnell und problemlos möglich. Alle Autos in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Am Strand hat man einige Wassersportarten zur Auswahl. Die Animation des Hotels war das einzig Gute vom Personal. Sehr freundlich, nicht aufdringlich. Abends die Show war wirklich gut, da lohnt es sich vorbei zuschauen.

Whilst we are pleased to know that you enjoyed your room and that you found the location of the hotel great, we are disappointed to read that you were not entirely satisfied by the services provided. With regards to the room facilities, kindly be informed that we do not provide iron & ironing board in the hotel rooms for safety reasons. It has to be mentioned that nowhere on our website it is stated that this service is available, since we try to be transparent on the information provided. Moreover, bathrobes are provided in advance in specific types of accommodation. However, we are always willing to provide bathrobes upon request to any guest that may request it. As far as the staff is concerned, we are sorry if you found the behavior of some staff members rude even though we do pride of our kind and attentive staff, and this is proven by numerous reviews. However, since we treat all comments with great significance, we will pass your words to the relevant departments, as there is always space for improvement. We would also like to mention that the tap water is provided at the hotel from the public network, which provides water in all nearby villages (houses, businesses, hotels etc.). This water is filtered again with a procedure called reverse osmosis, and then it is chlorinated. Kindly be informed that we follow all necessary procedures regarding food & water safety. We are certificated with ISO 22000 and we do check our food & water quality thoroughly, so that we can ensure the best quality. Finally, we are sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations, but it would have been much appreciated and helpful if you had shared it with our Guest Relations Department while in the hotel.
