Man kommt hier an und erhält nicht mal eine kurze Information über wichtige Sachen wie z.b. wo genau sich das Zimmer befindet. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche war ca. eine Woche die selbe. Die Bettwäsche hat gestunken. Man muss sich selbst beim Abendessen Getränke holen. Fast jeden Tag bekommt man das selbe Essen. Es gibt viel mit Schwein. Die Cocktails schmecken alle gleich. Egal was du an Cocktails bestellst die Farbe immer die selbe und der Geschmack auch. Die Poolbar ist besetzt mit zwei unfreundlichen Damen, die ziemlich lustlos Getränke einschenken. Allgemein sind hier alle unfreundlich und lustlos. Sie laufen wie die Leichen durch die Gegend. Am besten du bringst deine leeren Becher auch wieder zurück , soll ja sehr ^ umweltfreundlich ^ sein. Also wenn du Urlaub machen möchtest und dich auch im Urlaub fühlen möchtest, dann ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Vor allem nicht wenn man kleine Kinder hat unter 2 Jahren. Es gibt keinen Pool für die Kleinen. Ein Kinderpool und dieser ist 1.30 m tief und ziemlich kalt. Wir reisen seit über 7 Jahren und pro Jahr ca 2 bis 3 mal in den Urlaub. Und das ist ziemlich enttäuschend. Sind froh, dass wir von hier aus in die Türkei weiterfahren.
Die Zimmern werden nicht vernünftig gereinigt und auch Bettwäsche wird nicht ausgetauscht. Minibar wird alle 2 Tage nur aufgefüllt .

Es ist ziemlich weit gelegen. Man muss über ne Stunde fahren um ins Zentrum von Rhodos zu gelangen.

Princess Andriana Resort & Spa is an awarded 5* hotel, offering top quality services. Under the hotel concept lies a true passion for hospitality, which places our hotel among the best hotels in Rhodes. As far as the main restaurant is concerned, we were surprised you were not satisfied with the food options, despite the fact that we offer a 14-day menu at our Medallion main restaurant, including 3 theme nights per week. Moreover, our guest are served wine and water at their tables, only if you want a soft drink, it is self-served. Besides the main restaurants our guests are entitled to a complimentary meal at our Moonlight a la carte restaurant and our Italian & Burger theme restaurant during their stay which are waiter served. In regards to the cleanliness and linen changes, the rooms are cleaned and the sheets are changed on a daily basis. If a guest requires a different schedule change than it is upon request at the reception desk. Moreover, our highest ratings and praises are on the cleanliness and care from our Housekeeping team however it would have been appreciated and helpful if you had shared your view on the cleanliness and service with our Guest Relations Agents while at the hotel. Please note that this information has been passed on to our concerned staff as we strive to only do the best we can for our guests. With regards to the pool, there is not only an adult’s pool but adjacent to it there is a kid’s pool which is about 50m in depth and covered by a tent during the summer months for sun protection. What is more, the hotel offers a wide variety of activities and sports for our guests, for adults and children. Beside activities at the hotel, there is a water sports center and other activities such as horse-back riding in the area. Thank you once again for your feedback.
