Dear Henry, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We very much appreciate you taking the time to do so. It is always regrettable to note that there were some issues that caused certain dissatisfaction during your stay. However, we would also like to clarify about the repetitive menu you mention, that our guests are entitled to 3 complimentary dinners at our a la carte & theme restaurant for a stay of 5-12 nights. In addition to that, 3 theme nights per week are organized at our Medallion Restaurant, offering a variety of options, as per our 14 days menu. We only hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future, when we promise to go above and beyond in our efforts of delivering you with an exceptional experience.
