Peppercorn Beach Resort

Dear Roland, Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. We did experience a tropical storm during your stay which was associated with the typhoon that passed over the Philippines and unfortunately we can not control the weather and we also do not like to see this type of windy weather as it does impact the experience for all our staying guests. We only experience these conditions maybe 1 week of each year, however in these extreme weather conditions we offered all our staying guests the opportunity for a room away from the beach or free cancellation (without penalty) as it's important to us that our guests enjoy their holiday. We have been operating for 6 years and we do try to be very honest and up front with our guests. We have checked with our staff to ensure that everything was satisfactory during your stay, and it appears you only provided your feedback at check out. We really wish you would have mentioned your dissatisfaction on arrival or during your stay so that we could have had the opportunity to improve your experience given the extreme weather conditions or have offered you a free cancellation, as our 8 other beachfront rooms all took the opportunity to transfer to other hotels, free of charge. Our beach is now restored and is now enjoying the beautiful sunny warm weather again that we are used to experiencing for many months to come. Thank you again for visiting our resort.
