Dear our guests, Thank you for your review, as we apology for any inconvenience occured but kindly note that this review is from your personal point of view as the evaluation may vary from person to person Mainly you look for German speaking staff everywhere as the information we have but actually we have some staff in different areas but not all the staff Also you did not give us a chance to discuss about any thing and make some alternatives and two days is not enough to evaluate a hotel with its services and facilities and to enjoy the sun, the pool, the beach, the see ....etc. We offer a variety of food and drinks with keeping a quality level This year is exceptional in Egypt and actually affected some aspects of tourism but in general it's going well, with your support Egypt will be better and we consider all of our tourists as the main vital part of tourism industry because the desire of coming back many times to this different country tand to accpet more and more visitors to our lovely country Again thank you and hope to see you again at our hotel Best regards
