Dear Dirk, I thank you for taking the time to place your review. Our restaurant menu has a 14 day program so it is not possible to eat the same every 3 days as you state, Pizza is a standard daily item the same as any hotel the same as the pasta station and potatoes cooked differently each time (staple foods). The fruits are seasonal fruits in all hotels in Tunisia as are grown from within the country. The kids club has the majority of Russian children yes but the staff speak Arabic, French, German, Russian and English so this has no issue. The Spa center at the hotel has amazing value deals and guests from other hotels travel to use our spa as the reputation is excellent along with the service. I am however sorry to hear now that you had problems as we have a guest relation service to speak and resolve issues along with a 24hr reception and of course your holiday representative, we have no reports of any issue raised during your stay.
