wir haben all inklusive gebucht,haben aber nur vollpension erhalten.Zum trinken war nur Wasser,alles andere muss man selber bezahlen.Das essen war schlecht,wenig Auswahl.Das essen war fast kalt und trocken. Nicht einmahl war da Pizza.Personal war unfreundlich.Die Zimmer waren renovierungsbedürftig,Badeziemmer war eine Katastrofe,zu klein.Der Strand war sehr schön und schwimmbad auch war gut.

Dear Julia we are very sorry you didn't enjoy our hotel. Concerning the restaurant consider that we had to change completely our standards of service to be OK with the italian anti-covid laws, and as you were by us in the first days of opening (we opened the 3 of July) we admit that in the first days we have had some diffilcuties that luckily has been solved. Concerning the all inclusive treatment we have informed the 22/05/2020 the incoming tour operator (which sells the rooms to the operator with which you have booked) that for this season we couldn't offer the all inclusive treatment for anticovid measures. Again we are very sorry for what happened. Best regards
