Dear Mr. Azadeh, Thank you for your feedback although we do not see any constructive criticism on your part. We are sorry the food was not to your satisfaction. From what we have seen from this season's reviews the food seems in good standards and we do not see any negative comments. Also concerning the animation we are a hotel which believes in relaxation. This year we do not have an animation team as we have already informed the tour operators from which you have booked your vacations. We follow a strict covid protocol for the safety of our guests and staff.
