Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreicht. Sauberkeit ist OK. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war trotz Corona in Ordnung. An der Rezeption hätte ich mir gewünscht, das man uns wenigsten einen Stadtplan aushändigt und die Lage des Hotels einzeichnet. Auch wollte uns die Dame schnell loswerden, so war unser Gefühl. Vielleicht weil wir nicht alles sofort verstanden haben. Sie sprach undeutlich Englisch.

Complimentary breakfast served on the top floor in one of the most beautiful terrace is a plus, we agree and are pleased you appreciated the service. Certainly face masks do not help to understand each other, we usually handle guests of other languages than English and Italian with a vocal translator. For this reason we apologise about your feelings upon your arrival, it might be the Team was just trying to ease the check in operation and deliver the room as soon as posssible being you a family.
