We are sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the room was not done the way this should be done. We will forward this immediately to our housekeeping manager. We apologize that the room did not meet your expectations. At the moment we already have 2 floors with rooms where the bathrooms have been renovated, the baths have been replaced by walk-in showers. These are our so-called superior rooms. We hope to be able to start renovating the other floors in due course.
