Dear Stephan, Thank you for spending time to post your review online. We read your review with great regret as we realized we did not manage to exceed your basic expectations. We are glad you appreciated our gastronomy and culinary offer. What you mention as negatives we of course respect them but they all have to do with personal preferences, not even expectations. We are worried because we aim in our guest satisfaction. Transfer time you mention as a negative is provided in every brochure of the hotel as we do not hide the fact that we are located in the southern part of the island. We are sorry that you found our pools cold. We do not although advertise them as heated and that information was at your disposal when you made your booking. What worried us the most is the fact you did not appreciated our entertainment program which is strong and all day long.We are confident that our hotel provides the best. Our ratings say so, the majority feedback say so and we see it daily. We apologize once more and we regret that you did not feel the same way as the majority of our guests do. Once again we do apologize if for some reasons you did not meet your personal expectations. We would be very happy if you could give us another chance to welcome you again in the future so to prove you that our standards are higher than you believe.
