Dear Annika, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write your comments on HolidayCheck with your feedback concerning your stay at the Mitsis Norida Beach. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with the service you received. Whilst it is our aim to cater to all tastes and cultures, it appears that we failed in every way during your stay. This is surprising considering the other reviews on this site! We do of course respect all personal opinions, but we do not necessarily agree with all comments mentioned. One of the great advantages staying in Mitsis Norida Beach is the quite strong Food and Beverage program and high-level service provided by our team, both of them are notably mentioned in a vast majority of reviews on the site. Concerning the pools, two of our pools indeed are with saltwater, which is reflected on our official website, but our waterslides-pool is with sweet water. We also have a kid’s club for all the children from 4 till 12 years old (where our little guests can take part in different activities, games etc.), which is open six days per week in the morning and in the afternoon, and every evening in the theatre runs kid’s disco. We can only wonder for which reason we failed to offer you a better holiday experience, whether due to insufficient information or something else, but we would highly appreciate if could give us another chance to prove that your experience was rather an exception than the rule.
