Dear Marc, We appreciate you took some of your precious time to write a feedback about your visit to the Norida Beach hotel. However, we are very sad to know that you gave this low rating to our hotel just because the other guests reserved the sun loungers which is against the hotel's policy and our staff is taking action to prevent this from happening. Let us assure you, that we do remove the towels from the sunbeds that seems to be reserved for longer than 2 hours, but not used by guests during the time period of the in between checks, giving the chance to people who will actually need them to find a place by the main pool. Also we would like to note that we have second pool and beach where one can always find available sunbeds. However, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with, whilst it is our aim to cater all our guest's needs, it appears that we failed in every way during your stay, which is surprising considering the other reviews on this site!
