Das Hotel an sich ist schön. Es wirkt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die neue Poolandschaft ist wirklich wunderschön geworden. Meiner Meinung fehlen da nur mehr Mülleimer. Der Service ist wirklich TOP! Vor allem Anastasia von der Poolbar. Das einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat, war das Essen und die Menschenmenge beim Essen. Ziemlich lange Warteschlangen...
Das Essen am Nachmittag als auch am Abend war leider nichts so unsers. Nach 2 Wochen, waren wir froh endlich etwas anderes zu essen. Leider wiederholt sich das Essen sehr oft. Dass, was wir am Nachmittag gegessen haben, gab es sehr oft abends ein weiteres mal. Für unsere 1 1 /2 jährigeTochter war dieses Essen eher ein Flop. Viel zu sehr gewürzt oder zu fettig. Ein Kinderbuffet wäre evtl bei so einer Menge Kindern eine Überlegung wert. Die meisten Getränke schmecken nach Chlor oder nach Muff.
Der Service ist wirklich Top... Wir haben schon lange nicht so ein nettes Personal kennen gelernt... Vor allem die Kellner an der Poolbar ( Mochito Bar)?

We are sorry that you found the food in our restaurants to be samey though it was surprising for us to read it as the vast majority of our guests are extremely satisfied with the dining options which is reflected on numerous reviews on the site. Regarding the baby food, indeed we do not have kids' buffet, but we offer the possibility to order the food for children according to your preferences, for this you need to contact our front desk and we do regret you didn't use this opportunity.
